Breezy Travels – Your Trusted Travel Partner

Welcome to Breezy Travels. By booking any tour, service, or travel package with us, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking with Breezy Travels (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as any specific terms related to your selected package or service.


2. Booking Confirmation
  • Bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of a minimum 50% advance payment.
  • The balance amount must be paid no later than 10 days before departure.
  • Bookings made within 10 days of the travel date require full payment at the time of confirmation.
  • All services are subject to availability and may change based on hotel or airline conditions at the time of confirmation.

3. Pricing Policy
  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates, taxes, fuel costs, or service provider revisions.
  • Once payment is made and booking confirmed, prices are locked unless affected by government-imposed changes or taxes.

4. Cancellation Policy
  • 30 days or more before departure – 10% of package cost retained.
  • 15–29 days before departure – 25% retained.
  • 7–14 days before departure – 50% retained.
  • Less than 7 days or no-show – 100% retained.
  • No refund for partially used services, unused tickets, or missed tours.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 working days after written cancellation.

5. Amendment Policy
  • Changes to itineraries or travel dates are subject to availability and applicable charges.
  • Breezy Travels is not responsible for additional costs arising from customer-requested modifications after confirmation.

6. Travel Documentation
  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and ID proofs are in order.
  • Breezy Travels can assist with visa and travel insurance but cannot guarantee approvals or visa issuance timelines.
  • The Company is not liable for missed flights, denied boarding, or entry restrictions due to incomplete documentation.

7. Health & Safety
  • Travelers are advised to consult their physician before traveling, especially for high-altitude or adventure destinations.
  • Vaccination and COVID-19-related travel requirements vary by country and are the responsibility of the traveler.
  • Breezy Travels is not liable for any health-related issues during travel.

8. Responsibilities & Liabilities
  • Breezy Travels acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, and transport companies.
  • The Company shall not be liable for loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by third parties or events beyond its control (natural disasters, strikes, accidents, political unrest, or technical failures).
  • In such cases, alternative arrangements of similar value will be provided wherever possible.

9. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities, pandemics, war, or government restrictions, Breezy Travels reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify travel arrangements without liability. Credit notes or rescheduling options will be offered wherever feasible.


10. Hotel & Service Conditions
  • Hotels are booked based on standard check-in/check-out times (usually 2 PM and 12 PM).
  • Breezy Travels will provide similar accommodation if the listed hotel is unavailable.
  • Room types (double/twin/smoking/non-smoking) are allotted by hotels subject to availability.

11. Payment Terms
  • Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, debit/credit cards, or official payment links.
  • Payment should only be made to Breezy Travels’ authorized bank accounts or digital payment channels.
  • The Company is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized individuals or accounts.

12. Travel Insurance
  • Breezy Travels strongly recommends obtaining comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, health emergencies, lost luggage, and flight delays.
  • Travelers without valid insurance assume full responsibility for any losses incurred during the trip.

13. Website & Marketing Content
  • The information, images, and itineraries published on Breezy Travels’ website and promotional materials are accurate at the time of publication.
  • However, minor variations may occur due to operational changes, weather, or third-party updates.
  • The Company reserves the right to modify published content without prior notice.

14. Privacy & Data Protection
  • Breezy Travels values your privacy and handles all customer data confidentially.
  • Personal information collected is used solely for booking and travel-related communication.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, except as required to complete travel arrangements.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes or claims arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
